When ordering from ECL you are truly ordering a handcrafted item. Again, we use only the highest quality leather for all of our products and build them with passion and pride. We try and be as responsive as possible through our social media outlets, emails, and our website and will get back to you as soon as possible if you have questions, or you need help through the process.

LEAD TIME
Due to the overwhelming demand for ECL products, we currently have a waiting order list established which is completed on a first come first serve basis. Please allow ANYWHERE from 5-10 weeks for delivery. We will do our best to update the current wait times. Please remember this is the ESTIMATED time, I could be less or more depending on the number of orders.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
I am a full time Firefighter and Fire Service Instructor, both of which I am dedicated, passionate, and too so I cannot be in the shop everyday. This combined with the overwhelming demand of our products are what sets the 4-8 week lead time. With that said I have talked with many customers who received their order and expressed to me that their item showed true craftsmanship and quality, which made it well worth the wait!
