Do you do large quantity orders?
Yes! We are happy to work with you over the details and send you a quote for quantity orders. Discounts may apply.

How long will my order take?
Orders generally take 4-6 weeks for production.
With large orders or busy times of the year, this time frame can be increased to 6-8 weeks or more.

Cancellation Policy
General Policies:
Custom Orders for Leather Products (non-helmets) are not eligible for return. For broken/defective leather products, please see General Warranty provision below. Custom orders (including but not limited to: helmet fronts, radio straps, chin straps and truck belts that contain special characters, images and names) that have already entered our production line cannot be returned and/or refunded.
Phenix Fire Helmets: Sales of helmets are deemed final after 15 days of customer receiving the helmet. We will not accept returns/exchanges of Phenix Fire Helmets that are not in standard configuration (defined below) initially offered by Phenix Technology, Inc. Customer will pay for all associated shipping costs and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the final sale price of the helmet.
General Warranty/Guarantee of ECL Products: If the Leather Product you purchased from ECL is deemed damaged or defective by our staff, we guarantee repair and replacement of all parts and accessories of your leather product. Contact ECL via the customer service page to inquire about warranty process.
"Standard Configuration" : NFPA TL2, TC1, or First Due that contains standard/deluxe leather comfort package, Standard Combo / NFPA Leather Chin Strap, ESS Goggles. For warranty information of Phenix Fire Helmets, please contact the manufacturer from your helmet documentation card that came with the purchase.
*Shipping costs are paid in full by the customer for returns, unless deemed otherwise at the full discretion of Engine Company Leather, LLC.
You can cancel your order as long as I haven't started customizing it for you. To cancel your order please email [email protected] and give a short description and order number. Refund will be for the full amount.

Engine Company Leather, LLC., will not be held liable for any injuries, or damages arising from the use, or misuse of any products sold via mail order, telephone, fax, web site, store location, or by one of our company representatives. Warantees hereby expressesd are strictly those of the manufacturer. Engine Company Leather, LLC. does not issue warantees above those stated by the manufacturer.
Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine his/her department policies on placement of 3rd party accessories on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including SCBA, Protective Ensembles, and Helmet’s. Placing a 3rd party accessory on your PPE that was not there when originally tested with the PPE manufacturer could possibly void the warranty or make the PPE non-compliant. Engine Company Leather, LLC will not be held liable for any voided warrantees or compliance issues.
Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine his/her department policies on placement of 3rd party accessories on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including SCBA, Protective Ensembles, and Helmet’s.
